On our customers’ websites (the try-on)

The camera image is processed in the visitor’s browser and is never sent, stored or recorded by Svalbox. To provide our customers with usage statistics, the widget sends anonymous events (for example: try-on started, frame viewed, snapshot taken) together with a random identifier stored in the website’s local storage. IP addresses are not stored; only the country is derived from the request. Visitor identifiers are hashed per website and cannot be linked across websites.

Messages sent through the contact form are kept to answer you and deleted on request. Dashboard accounts store a name and an email address (sign-in uses one-time codes sent by email; no passwords are stored). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking.
